She made a vow and said, "Lord of hosts, If Your gaze falls on the humiliation of Thy servant, if you remember me and do not forget your servant and if you give a boy your servant, I will give to the Lord for all days of his life, and no razor come upon his head. "(1 Samuel 1:11)
Anne wanted a son to be freed from incessant teasing Peninnah, another wife of her husband. Day after day, she begged God to be freed from the torments imposed by this woman. But God wanted more. He wanted a man to deliver the entire nation to its moral corruption. So he allowed the daily agony of training and Anne shape, and has deferred the answer to his prayers until he brings him to be in harmony with His desires. Then his son, Samuel, the alarm spiritual happened.
Perhaps God does He look forward to answering some of your prayers. Perhaps you've been waiting you're desperate. If so, it is time to begin to intercede with the Lord. In doing so, it may well be that you are amazed by the changes God will bring in your attitudes as He trains you and take you to that harmony with Him.
DO NOT BE DISCOURAGED GOD WHEN LATE TO ANSWER YOUR PRAYERS.
Generally, God wants to do something much bigger, but you have not yet understood. As soon as you realize, you see the hand of God at work.
