Taking Mobic With Ezetrol

March 1 - Practice of Archery

So [David] ordered to teach the children of Judah the use of the bow ... (2 Samuel 1:18) [King James Version French]

When David received the news of the death of his dear friend Jonathan and King Saul that he admired so much, he had a lot of grief. But he was not content to sit there and cry. One of the ways in which David responds to his mourning was to order all the dads of the tribe of Judah to teach archery to their children.

was a particularly appropriate memorial for Jonathan. David took one of the strengths of the life of Jonathan and ordered to teach all their children. In this way, the influence of Jonathan would continue. We can spiritualize the text by thinking about the arc as representing the spiritual weapon of prayer.

LIKE THE ARC WAS ABLE TO SEND AND ARROWS HIT THE ENEMY AT A GREAT DISTANCE, OUR PRAYERS ARE AN EXCELLENT WEAPON BY WHICH WE CAN SPIRITUALLY INFLUENCE PEOPLE AWAY.

Sometimes when we both expressed our faith with our loved ones, they start to dislike (and we will), we can shoot arrows from a distance. The Spirit begins to work in their hearts so that we, through prayer, the lions out of the enemy.

Like David commanded them to teach the use of the bow to their children, we must learn to use the arc of the prayer to be effective in spiritual warfare in which we are engaged.
__________

Father, help us to become competent in the use of combat weapons that you gave us, so we can battle on behalf of our beloved.
Amen.

February 29 - The Fool

Saul said: "I have sinned ... I acted like a madman, and I made a big mistake. (1 Samuel 26:21)

jealous of the popularity of David, Saul sought to kill him. One night, David managed to get sneak into Saul's camp while he slept. Instead of killing him, David said to his companions, "This man was anointed by God. Do not touch him. If God wants to deal it is His business. "David contented himself to grab her water jug and his spear.

Once distant and fairly safe, David called to the bodyguard of Saul. Saul awoke and said" Is this your voice, my son David? "David said" Why do you pursue me? Look, I have your wand. The men who were with me wanted to kill you, but I do not let them do it. "Then Saul said" I acted like a madman, and I made a big mistake. "

Saul many natural advantages in life, but it has not guaranteed its success. Saul's life teaches us that it is possible to waste the blessings divine. We learn that a man acts like a fool when, like Saul, he tries to evade the call of God on his life, or he takes credit for the victories of another, or that making rash promises. A man acts crazy when he does not obey God completely, or offers an apology for his outrageous failure, or become jealous of friends loyal and devoted to God looking the direction of the spiritual part of being uncertain.

THE REAL MADNESS OF LIFE OF SAUL WAS NOT TO GET TO GIVE UP HIS LIFE TO GOD TOTALLY.

When you can not to abandon in practice is that you say "I am wiser than God." And only a fool would think that.
__________

Father, we pray that you help us to surrender ourselves completely to you.
In Jesus Name, Amen.

Feb. 28 - A Good Discontent

All who were in distress, creditors who had or were discontented, gathered themselves to him, and he became their leader. He had with him about four hundred men. (1 Samuel 22:2)

God anointed David to be king. However, Saul is still on the throne. And because Saul wants to cling to what is no longer his, and he tries to kill David, David became a fugitive.

Those who have joined David are a bunch of marginal left-nots - unlikely candidate to become the mighty men of David. However, God has matured and has used them and David to establish the kingdom of Israel.

There is an interesting parallel here to train. God has ordained His Son, Jesus Christ for His reign as King on earth, but Satan is still on the throne. And Satan does his best to cling to the kingdom. Jesus gathered around him men - unlikely candidates, that's for sure - but men through whom he intends to establish His kingdom and His kingdom come on earth.

GOD IS LOOKING FOR MEN AND WOMEN WHO HAVE THE HEART OPEN AND AVAILABLE TO THOSE WHO WANT HIM TO SAY "HERE I AM, LORD. I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH MY LIFE AS IS LORD. I WISH YOU THE GIVE FULL. "

discontent When you take a total commitment to Jesus Christ, it's a great frustration because it leads to progress.

February 27 - One Step

David made even this oath: "Your father knows well that I received your favor and he will say: What Jonathan does not know it, it would grieve him. But also true that the Lord is alive and that you are alive, there is only one step between me and death! " (1 Samuel 20:3)

David had just escaped death. Saul tried to kill him, and David realized he could die at any moment.

When it was so narrow escape, you realize how much you are near death. Whether I am healthy and I'm strong, there is only one step between me and death.

If death is so inevitable and so close, how should I live? First, I should not live for this life only.

I SHOULD LIVE IN CONSTANTLY BEING READY FOR ETERNITY.

The Bible teaches that the true self is spirit, not no body. The body is a tent. But one day I'll leave the tent to move into a mansion. If I live in communion with God through Jesus Christ, I would not have to take that step between life and death. In the words of Jesus, if I live and believe in Him, I shall never die - but I move. I leave this tent to move into this building of God. There is therefore a step that separates me from eternity. Waiting

this move forward. You see, although I have not seen it yet, I love him and I look forward to a glorious joy, inexpressible in anticipation of that day when I will stand beside My Lord, in this new body, in His eternal kingdom.
__________

Thank you Father for the gift of eternal life through Jesus Christ.

February 26 - Defeating the Giants

David said to the Philistine, "You come against me with sword, spear and javelin, and I come against you in the name of the LORD of hosts, the God of Israeli troops, you have challenged. " (1 Samuel 17:45)

Every day, a giant named Goliath came on the battlefield and put Israeli troops challenged to find a champion to face off in a duel that would decide the outcome of the war. Using his words, his armor and size, Goliath trying to intimidate Israel.

And it worked! Saul's army was responding to the confrontation with the giant of fear and helplessness. But David arrived on the scene and expressed his confidence in front of Goliath.

David did not place his confidence in himself, but in the Lord. He saw that the Lord's ability to deliver them was much stronger than that of the giant to destroy. "It's not really a struggle between the giant and me. It is a struggle between the giant and the Lord. And even if it is true that I have no chance of winning against the giant, it has none against the Lord. "David saw the conflict as an opportunity to glorify God.

WE WE JUST NEED A PERSPECTIVE ON THE GIANTS IN OUR LIVES.

We must detach our eyes to these issues to carry them, instead, to the Lord.

We must remember that God is for us and that 'It has all the resources of heaven at our disposal. By the power of the Lord, each of the giants in your life may fall. But we must make Him confidence.
__________

Father, we thank You for being bigger than any of the giants to whom we may be facing. Help us to remind ourselves that the battle is not won with swords, spears and human wisdom, but with the power of the eternal God.

February 25 - No Mercy

Thus saith the LORD of hosts: "I want to speak against Amalek for what he did to Israel when he put on his way to his departure from Egypt. Now go and smite Amalek, and vow to prohibit anything that belongs to him. "(1 Samuel 15:2-3)

The Amalekites were probably the most violent people, the vilest that ever existed on the surface of the earth. In the interest of humanity, God ordered the extermination of these people and chose the children of Israel to be the instrument of His judgments.

In the story of Esther, we hear of Haman, the The man who had plotted the destruction of the Jews. Amalekite Haman was a descendant of King Agag, Saul had left to live. God told Saul to "utterly destroy" the Amalekites but Saul had not obeyed. And for this reason, Amalek came back and destroyed almost all of Israel.

The Bible says that the flesh made war on the Spirit and the Spirit brings the war to the flesh. Amalek as trying to attack Israel with its weak point, your flesh will be contested at this weak point. This is a battle for supremacy.

GOD HAS DECIDED THAT OUR FLESH MUST BE PUT TO DEATH.

While we want to reform it, God said no. His decree for your flesh is completely destroyed.

Which one will dominate your life? You give way to the Spirit or the flesh? Taste you communion with God or will you have pity for your flesh and you become a slave and its appetites, you distancing yourself from God? Choose wisely.
__________

Father, strengthen us by Your Spirit so that we may live in the Spirit, walk in the Spirit and have the thoughts of the Spirit is life and peace and joy .

February 24 - Touchdowns God

Saul also went home to Gibeah. He was accompanied by men of worth, which God had touched his heart. (1 Samuel 10:26)

That means having your heart touched by God? This means that God is now the center of your will and your being. This means that you have fully recovered control of your life.

How God Does It touches your heart? It does so through the subtle influence of His Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit directs us to the Word of God and the scriptures, God touches our hearts. Once the Holy Spirit begins to illuminate our thoughts, it is amazing how the Bible is wonderful, exciting, and glorious.

When God touches your heart, bitterness, anxiety and fears have disappeared. They can not stay in a heart that has been touched by God. Habits, the vices that destroy your life go away. The things you loved when you despise them now.

WHEN GOD TOUCH YOUR HEART, IT FILLS THE LOVE AND PEACE. THOUGH THE STORMS MAY STILL rages, YOU HAVE A GLORIOUS CONFIDENCE IN THE ABILITY OF GOD TO CONTROL THE CIRCUMSTANCES OF LIFE.

Was Jesus surrounded by a group of men whom he had touched the heart - men who went back the world fundamentally. When God touches your heart, you get a whole new perspective. You cease to live only for today and you begin to live for eternity.
__________

Thank you, Father, for Your Holy Spirit touches our hearts and we pose challenges through the Word. Touch the hearts of your people today.
Amen.

She made a vow and said, "Lord of hosts, If Your gaze falls on the humiliation of Thy servant, if you remember me and do not forget your servant and if you give a boy your servant, I will give to the Lord for all days of his life, and no razor come upon his head. "(1 Samuel 1:11)

Anne wanted a son to be freed from incessant teasing Peninnah, another wife of her husband. Day after day, she begged God to be freed from the torments imposed by this woman. But God wanted more. He wanted a man to deliver the entire nation to its moral corruption. So he allowed the daily agony of training and Anne shape, and has deferred the answer to his prayers until he brings him to be in harmony with His desires. Then his son, Samuel, the alarm spiritual happened.

Then Boaz said to the elders and all the people: "You are witnesses today that I gained from the hand of Naomi all that belonged to Elimelech ... and I also acquired Ruth the Moabite woman, the wife of Mahlon, to keep the name of the deceased on his inheritance ... "(Ruth 4:9-10)

Under Jewish law, if a man married died before having children, the brother of the man was forced to marry his wife. They gave their first born children of deceased brother's name so that the legacy will remain in Israel.

Boaz - a relative of Elimelech - bought the field because he was in love with Ruth. He bought the field in order to obtain a wife he loved.

JESUS SAID "THE KINGDOM OF HEAVEN IS LIKE A TREASURE HIDDEN IN A FIELD. THE MAN WHO HAS FOUND THE COVER OF NEW, AND IN HIS JOY, IT WILL SELL EVERYTHING HE BUYS AND FIELD "(Matthew 13:44).

The field in this parable is the world, and Jesus is the One who gave everything to buy the world. Who is the treasure? Incredible as it may seem, the treasure is you and me - we who put our trust in Him as our Lord and Savior. We are the bride of Christ. Just as Boaz was willing to pay the field for the bride, so Jesus, voluntarily paid the price of redemption to buy the world. It did it because He loved you and wanted you belong to him.

February 21 - The Secret Force

Delilah said to Samson: Reveal to me, I pray thee, wherein thy great strength, and wherewith thou mightest be bound to tame you. (Judges 16:6)

Samson's strength was legendary. When the Spirit of God came upon him, it was the exploits that showed surprising strength. His enemies tried to find the secret of its strength. When they saw that he had fallen in love with a Philistine woman, Delilah, they approached the girl, promising him "Listen, all of us will give you 1100 silver coins, if you find the secret of our strength this man. "

Delilah asked Samson, Samson, tell me darling, what makes you so strong? What is the secret of your strength? "

Unfortunately, one of the weaknesses of Samson was a feeling of invincibility. He seemed to enjoy flirting with danger, and kept venturing into enemy territory.

Samson finally revealed his secret to Delilah. He explained that he had made a vow - a vow of consecration to God. No razor had touched his head. "If my hair was shaved, I'd be weak as any man." But Samson's long hair was a symbol. The secret of his strength was his commitment to God. As he was faithful to this commitment, it was really invincible. When the engagement was broken, he became weak as any other man.

THE SECRET OF YOUR STRENGTH LIES IN YOUR COMMITMENT TO JESUS CHRIST.

If you commit yourself fully to Jesus, you will be invincible. Even the gates of hell shall not prevail against you. But if you break this commitment to Jesus Christ, you will become as weak as any other man.
__________

Lord, help us not to flirt with danger, but may we dedicate ourselves fully and completely to You.

February 20 - February 19

Jephthah made a vow to the Lord and said: If you book entirely in my hands the Ammonites, whatever comes out of the doors of my house to meet me, when I return from the Ammonites will be devoted to the Lord, and I will offer a burnt offering ... I too opened his mouth before the Lord, and I can not go back. (Judges 11:30-31,35)

Jephthah had made a terrible vow.

Sometimes when we are in trouble, that's what we do. "God, if only you pull me from this predicament, so I'll do this and this." When a person has made a vow unwise, it is really better than she confesses the sin of having made a vow reckless, rather than insisting and his vow. In the case of Jephthah, his vow was a greater sin than to break his vow.

SOME WISHES SHOULD SIMPLY NOT BE FOLLOWED. BUT THERE ARE OTHERS WHO WISHES ON YOU CAN NOT GO BACK.

I opened my mouth before the Lord and confessed that Jesus Christ is my Savior that I depend solely on Him for my salvation and that He is Lord of my life.

And for this reason, there are certain things I can not do. First, I can not go back to my old life of sin and selfishness. With the apostles, I must declare "Lord, you alone have the words of eternal life. Who would I go? The second: I can not deny the love and peace that Jesus has brought into my life.
__________

Lord, if we have strayed from that first love, help us listen to Your Holy Spirit and still come back, until we may love you with everything us.
Amen.

How Much Does It Cost To Create A System

Wishes - To Serve and Deflect

The Israelites said to the LORD: "We have sinned; treats us as you please. But deign to deliver us today! And they put away foreign gods from among them and served the LORD was grieved for the misery of Israel. (Judges 10:15-16)

Israel had abandoned God. Once again, they had returned to worship other gods. And once again, they found themselves slaves and began to implore God.

God responded by saying "I've rescued in the past, but I'm not going to deliver you." In Genesis 6:3, God had told him "My mind does not always challenge with the man." Comes a time when God says "Enough!" And the children of Israel, He said "Go and cry with gods that you have chosen. "

They knew that these gods could not help. It is interesting to note that when people have serious problems, they instinctively know that the One who can help is the true living God. When trouble arrives, even the people rebel cry "Oh God, help me!"

1John 1:9 AS WE SAID "IF WE CONFESS OUR SINS, HE IS FAITHFUL AND JUST TO FORGIVE U.S. OUR SINS and cleanse us from all unrighteousness. "

These people have done a wise thing. They have relied on the mercy of God. And because they have done so, God has yet delivered the hand of their enemies. God is so merciful! And even mercy is available to us today.

God owes us nothing. But He has promised to show mercy to all who turn from their wicked ways and turn to Him.

Answering a Raelian anonymous about Elohim

I could have just respond by moderating the comments of a Raelian anonymous but it poses the problem of God / the gods about the Elohim, that is the fundamental problem. So although it was worth a special note. The visitor wrote (see his full comment on the comments section) "He (Rael) explains that the universe has no limits ... only intelligent beings can create life on other planets ... and so on. Those who created our ancestors called Elohim in Genesis we now want to formally meet ... "

Comment: The idea of panspermia, the seeding of continuous life in the universe is a hypothesis increasingly accepted by science and is also consistent with the idea of plurality of worlds and lives through the infinite incarnation reincarnation disembodiment of spirits. By

February 18 - The Army of God

the LORD said unto Gideon, By the three hundred men who lapped will I save you, and I deliver the Midianites into your hands. (Judges 7:7)

God has reduced the number of men of Gideon in order to get the men he could use for His glory. Finally, the 32,000 men who responded to the call of Gideon, the fact remains that 300. God has disqualified a majority of two ways. He eliminated those who feared and those who were not paying attention.

The men who fled during the battle fear and fear can spread by contagion.

GOD KNOWS WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU FEAR THE FOCUS ON THE PROBLEM OR ON THE POWER THE ENEMY.

Two thirds of Gideon's army have returned home after the first test, leaving 10,000 men. God then said, "Gideon, men with thee are too many. Take the bank of the river and observe how they drink. All those who kneel and dip their heads in water to drink are disqualified. " Only 300 lapped water by bringing it to the mouth with their hands while continuing to monitor the area. His army had found God.

Today God is seeking men who are courageous and alert. A courage that has its origin in faith will lead you to fix eyes on God. He is also looking for men who are alert and aware of the war raging around them. Men who, even when they are involved in the necessities of life - be it drinking water or work for a living - are always aware of the larger issues of spiritual warfare in which we are all committed.

__________

Father, help us grow in faith without worry, knowing that if You are for us, no man can oppose us. May we get used to accomplish Your purposes and Your will.

Fertilization very uneven. The

"Well to make a baby, he fautdéjà a dad and a mom" ... Cettephrase classic is often the first step in a more or less longueexplication that many parents give their child. This assertion is easily verified, and since ancient onpense he must wear an exchange of "fluid" between hommeet woman to give birth to a new individual, and although viergemarie " Holy Mother of God, "complicating the problem, the affairesemble heard. But the relative share of each parent in the "design" of a new individual is to explain ... In today's context Revisionof bioethics legislation, I propose a rereading of modern conceptsovistes. Let's start by seeing what it is.

Oviste cons animalcules.
Although the importance of deuxparents quickly perceived the "theory of fertilization" n'estformalisée in 1900 by German Oskar Hertwig. Meanwhile two camps: the animalcules one hand, who believe that the sperm contains unbeing miniature preformed homunculus or (see engraving above cons), and they envisage that the egg chamber andspreadsthrough development. Ovists the other hand, who is the ovulequi essential for procreation, semen and plays a role of activator. And in some cases such as parthenogenesis, it is not even necessary! This theory is more relevant today as it also entails the individual existenced'un preformed inside the egg. But see how the prépondérancede the egg in the development proves relevant.

Parthenogenesis and relevance ovism.
Parthenogenesis is the developmentof individual from an unfertilized egg. The first example natural étéobservé by Bonnet in 1745 which won several generations of aphids dufusain by isolating females from birth. The presence of réservesnutritives only the female gamete (Egg) that makes this possible and how dereproduction unthinkable from a sperm (gamètemâle). And yes the eggs are usually the most volumineusesde cell body, you only see the size of the egg yolk to it rendrecompte! If existenaturellement parthenogenesis in certain groups, can also déclencherartificiellement, as is was done in mice in 2004. Following oocyte fusionde two nuclei (one mutated gene), it was the first time obtenirpour 2 mice without a father ...
[ An aphid and its progeny pathénogénétique ]

The unequal participation of chaquegamète.
Ultimately brings lespermatozoïde during fertilization? Well if we look closer, pasgrand anything ... Of course there is the nucleus that contains the genetic, ceques is still not nothing: for every pair of chromosomeshomologues one of them comes from the sperm ;! During parthenogenesis several solutions are made to cemanque address: fusion with another cell, removing a phase divisioncellulaire etc.. The second element is given a centriole: a cylindrical petitestructure necessary for the proper arrangement of the components cellulelors division. In the end no other element does not fit into the oocyte, and 100% of the mitochondria of our cells are of maternal origin! So a cytoplasmic view at least, the large egg sembleeffectivement role, what about a genetic point of view?

[ The "yellow" from the ostrich egg is the largest one known animal cell .]

gynogenesis, androgenesis and gender war ...
It has been said already apporte50% male chromosomes but some findings suggest that genetic cetapport is not functionally equivalent to that of lafemelle. Indeed in some groups of oocytes fertilized by unspermatozoïde can develop without the male genome does participe.Celui it does not fit the maternal genome and is removed: it lagynogenèse. The equivalent with a male genome is androgenesis, it seproduit than in mammals where sperm nucleus fuses with a ovulesans. In this case analogous to the placenta tissue are formed but never a real Nedon embryo. Thus in many cases the génomefemelle alone is sufficient to produce an embryo, while the male genome estinsuffisant! The contribution does not seem equivalent. In fact 200gènes 100 to speak or not according to their parental origin: it lephénomène footprint Genomics.
[ total hydatidiform mole: this cyst from abnormal proliferation of trophoblast is formed by development of a fertilized egg but does not contain a nucleus initially. So there is no embryo. This anomaly relates 0.1 to 0.5% of pregnancies. We're talking large molar ]

An experiment in lasouris tells us a bit more: it is to form a embryongynogénétique (genome female only) and androgenetic embryos (Genome mâleuniquement). It is found that the gynogenesis provides an embryo but not lesstructures extraembryonic for its nutrition. In contrast as mentioned above ona androgenesis gives mainly extraembryonic tissues detype placenta for nutrition of the embryo.

This suggests that genes paternelsfavoriseraient greater resource in utero, while the maternal genes tend to limit cetteexploitation to preserve the body for future reproductions. C'estexemple of sexual conflict where the interests of males and females sontdivergents due to a different investment of resources in lareproduction. There you can imagine, so much more to say about cesujet ... But for our topic of the day the obvious conclusion is that each parent lacontribution fundamentally unequal in lafécondation from there to restore ovism there is only one step and as habitudeje not willing to budge ...

February 17 - The Sin of Doing Nothing

"Curse Meroz" said the angel of the Lord, "Curse, curse its inhabitants, because they did not come to the aid of the Lord, using the LORD, among the heroes. " (Judges 5:23)

The Angel of the Lord pronounced a curse on Meroz severe because they did not help in times of crisis and need. The day of battle, they did nothing to help the Lord.

God called his people to action. You were saved to serve. "Practice the speech, says Jacques," and does listen not only to deceive you with false reasoning "(Jacques 1:22). Too often when we hear the Word of God, we say," Absolutely agree! It's so true! Yes, really, we should do more for God! "Then ... we do nothing.

LOVE IS DEMONSTRATED BY OUR ACTIONS.

Jesus said" Whoever has my commands and obeys them custody is the one who loves Me "(John 14:21). It may be that you leave church on Sunday morning and say" Wow, I really liked the sermon. "But what are you do? You see, if you do not lead to action, you build on the sand. You press a false sense of security. When the storm comes, your house will collapse because you did nothing - just listened.

I wonder how many of us belong to the clan of Meroz. We are so busy doing "our thing" that we do not answer the call of God. There is no evidence showing that in our lives we do the work of God. We are instead engaged in the sin of doing nothing.
__________

Father, we pray that Your Holy Spirit raises the challenge of the action. Help us as we move volunteers from our own free will, Lord, to obey Your word and keep Your commandments.

Feb. 16 - An Act Ineluctable

Adoni-Bezeq said: Seventy kings having their thumbs and feet cut off, gathered the remains under my table God gives me what I did. He was taken to Jerusalem and died there. (Judges 1:7)

Adoni-Bezeq was a powerful king. He had won seventy other kingdoms, and cut off the thumbs and big toes of each of the defeated kings. When he was finally captured by the men of Judah, that him did they? They cut off his thumbs and big toes. And he said "What I did to the other, God has required of me."

In the New Testament we read "Make no mistake: we do not make fun of God. Whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap" (Galatians 6:7).

often frustrated WE ARE THE IDEA THAT SOMEONE IS IN GEAR escape the consequences of his evil deeds. BUT SOONER OR LATER, THEIR SINS WILL catch up.

The law of reaping what you sow is an inevitable law. But at the same time a great law. If you sow love, kindness and forgiveness, you will reap love, kindness and forgiveness. If you sow mercy, you'll reap mercy.

Maybe your past is it dark and dismal, and you've caused some bad seeds. Be comforted! God opened a path so you do not reap what you sow. He took the guilt of your iniquity and totally placed on His Son. Jesus Christ has reaped the consequences for you - so you can reap the glory of love and the eternal kingdom of God.

Help us Lord to sow good seed in the hearts and lives of those around us so that we can reap, Lord, the beautiful fruit of this crop.

February 15 - The Only Choice Judicious

... choose today whom you will serve: whether the gods your forefathers served beyond the River, or the gods of the Amorites in whose land you live. Me and my house we will serve the Lord. (Joshua 24:15)

In times of prosperity, it is easy to detach the eyes of God. Precisely what happened to the people of Israel. While living in the country, they began to prosper - and began to turn again to the gods of their ancestors. A choice was waiting for - the same choice that awaits every person.

WHATEVER YOUR REASON TO LIVE, WHATEVER THE PASSION TO DOMINATE YOUR LIFE, WHATEVER THE REASON THAT YOU BASED ON THE BED IN THE MORNING AND YOU MOTIVATED - THIS IS YOUR GOD.

Who will you serve? Who do you serve? To find out, just finish the sentence: "For me to live is ..." Ultimately, when you reach the time of death and you are facing eternity Money can not save you. Pleasures can not save you. The intellect can not save you. If you have done these things your god, you have a problem. Only Jesus has the power to save you and Jesus is the only choice you can make.

The fact is, you've already bent the knee to something. If you choose to serve a false god, now choose to serve the true living God - the God who is faithful, the God who is powerful, the God who is able to deliver His people.
__________

Father, we choose to serve You, as the culmination of Te King of our lives, to bend the knee before Your throne, touching the tip of Thy scepter and submit ourselves as obedient servants through Jesus Christ.
Amen.

February 14 - Sincerely Yours

Now therefore fear the Lord and serve him in sincerity and in truth: and put away the gods your fathers served on the other side of the river and in Egypt, and serve the Lord. (Joshua 24:14) (King James Version French)

Children of Israel had begun to serve other gods. They recognized always God's existence, but their time and energy were absorbed by other prosecutions. They were relegated God to a secondary position.

Joshua saw how the hearts of the children of God turned away from Him. They threw a challenge. Addressing the people gathered before him, he offered them a choice. They could continue to be their own servants - serving their intellect and their pleasures - or they could serve the Lord.

GOD IS NOT INTERESTED IN OUR Dead Ringers, ALTHOUGH THIS IS WHAT MOST PEOPLE GIVE HIM. WE SERVE GOD WITH SINCERITY AND TRUTH WHEN WE REMEMBER HIS KINDNESS AND HIS LOYALTY TO OUR RESPECT.

In Deuteronomy, Moses asked "What the Lord wants from you." The first two requirements mentioned were that we feared God and that we should serve him with all our hearts. Joshua has reminded people the requirements of God fear God (Treat with reverence), then serve Him with sincerity and truth that is to say, serve Him in an authentic way.

God had led the Israelites in the country, chased their enemies and had been freed from slavery. Because God was so good to them, they would have wanted to serve Him!

What is glorious when it chooses to serve the Lord, is that it will take you the rest. When you choose to give Him first place in your life, then he blessed you by giving you the desires of your heart.
__________

Father, we are so grateful for the opportunities you gave us. Teach us to serve you with sincerity and truth.
In Jesus Name, Amen.

February 13 - The Faithfulness of God

So the LORD gave Israel throughout the country he swore to give to their fathers, they took possession and settled there. The Lord gave them rest all around, as He swore to their fathers, none of their enemies could not resist them, and the LORD delivered all their enemies into their hands. All the good words which the LORD had spoken unto the house of Israel, none had no effect: all came to pass. (Joshua 21:43-45)

What a powerful testimony and is brought to the faithfulness of God! - Because God proved faithful to His Word even though his people was not. They had broken their covenant with God on multiple occasions. At one point they even tried to persuade someone to bring them back to Egypt. But God kept His Word.

NOT ONE OF THE WORDS OF GOD IS had no effect.

We must realize the certainty of the Word of God. He promised to send His Son to be born of a virgin and die for the sins of man. What God has promised, He has done. He promised to bring Israel again and to create a nation in a day. On May 14, 1948, Israel became a nation. God kept His Word.

And He promised to return and take us with Him.

If God was faithful until that time, you can be certain that He will continue to be faithful. Even if heaven and earth pass away, His Word will remain forever. You can bet whatever you want it.
__________

Father, thank you for doing what you said. Lord, help us today to be assured that we can trust Your Word.
Amen.

In Béarn.

September 15, 2003 j'aisué hard to remove foie gras. The night I was Pimbo, where the old English country house from 1268 has been transformed into municipal shelter. It's the usual routine: shower and laundry. Soon my exchange dry on the old walkway. It's perfect happiness. We are only two in the cottage. I met Sylvia, a very Catholic pilgrim I met in Le Puy and lost sight of since. We celebrate the saint's day, namely mine, St. Roland. From the top of the old country house that overlooks the surrounding landscape, we talk about God and theology. Sylvain assures me that although not very Catholic, I'm not much for the miscreant that I think is .... Thanks Sylvain for this indulgence gained after my shoes.

September 16, I lose sight of Sylvia and I get pumped. Bad day, the weather is hot and heavy again in this damn country foie gras and loudmouths Gascon. The trail rises and falls, it is poorly marked and I'd get lost if I had to rely on the GR65. Fortunately tags jacquaires put me back on track. To be pumped to the dark village is suddenly flew into a lot of noise from helicopters all lights on. Night flight and exercise. I think of my son Roman, a student pilot at nearby Dax ... and it was in one of the helicopters? On 09/17/2003 I feel good again. Shortly before Arthez, I make a stop at the chapel of spiritual Caubin, all that remains of a former commander of the Knights of Malta. I pray for the success of a long Roman, student pilot, which begins today a series of litmus tests for his pilot qualification military helicopter. Then I spend Arthez soon and I enjoy a superb view of the Gave de Pau in leaving GR65 and along the D 275 which is the ancient pilgrim route of the trail. Just before crossing the bridge over the Gave, I found parked along the road a car registered in Upper Rhine and bearing the logos of the SAEP, a large printing Alsatian whose patront none other than my .... neighbor in Colmar. Small world sometimes ... A Maslaq the house has only four seats and it is empty. Rest and relaxation are in the program and 4-star de Compostela for room .. The next day I take the path flown by helicopters constantly ... I think the testing of my son and I pray for him. Today, in February 2011, he was an officer pilot and has been selected to be formed on the Tigris, what he dreamed in 2003. Praying with his boots probably some effectiveness. God does not abandon those who grit their teeth and go forward. September 18, I can Navarrenx ancient capital of Navarre (hence its name), at the time of Navarre was a kingdom stretching from chque side of the Pyrenees.

February 12 - The Power of God

Joshua spake unto the Lord, the day the LORD delivered the Amorites to the Israelites, and he said in Israel: "Sun, stand still on Gibeon, and thou, Moon, in the valley of Ayalon. And the sun stood still and the moon stopped, until the nation had avenged themselves upon their enemies. (Joshua 10:12-13)

The Israelites were well fought and the victory was close - but the night was coming. Joshua realized that when the night would have fallen, the Amorites could escape. They needed more time. So before all the troops he commanded "Sun, stand still, and thou, Moon, in the Ayalon Valley, do not move! "And the sun stood still and the moon kept its position.

The same resources that were available to Joshua - resources that enabled the existence of the universe, the resources that have been moving earth on its axis and have rotated around the sun - are available to you as a child of God.

We often mistake of thinking that God will do everything that we have nothing to do. But the Bible tells us that faith without works is dead.

GOD wants us to do our best and we entrust the rest to God.

When we reach our limits, we discover the infinite resources at our disposal to accomplish and complete the work of God.
__________

Father, we are so grateful to serve you - you who God is unlimited, infinite, can do infinitely beyond all that we ask or think. Lord, we are weak and we need your strength. Takes control of our lives, Lord, guide us and lead us.
Amen.

February 11 - February 10

They took their provisions without consulting the Lord. Joshua made peace and concluded an alliance with them, guaranteeing them life, and the princes of the community in their vowed. (Joshua 9:14-15)

God had specifically told the Israelites that they should enter into any alliance with the inhabitants of the Promised Land, but they had to drive them out completely. God knew that if these people had left, their practices would eventually destroy His people. The Gibeonites having realized they were no match against the armies of Israel, had concocted a plan to give the impression that they came from a distant country in order to conclude an alliance with Israel.

Joshua's mistake was to consider the elements evidence without asking the opinion of the Lord. God had warned against the evil alliance, but Joshua did not seek the counsel of God. He just assess the situation with regard to what was before him. Some things seem so obvious. You should not have to bother God about these things, is not it? Just go ahead using your common sense.

Wrong! The Scriptures tell us "Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your mind, acknowledge Him in all your ways, and he shall direct thy paths" (Proverbs 3:5 -6).

WE AVOID TRAGIC ERRORS: 1) ALWAYS IN FOR THE WORD OF GOD TO GUIDE OUR DECISIONS 2) NEVER FAILING IN ACTION AS WE DO NOT LOOK THE FIRST BRANCH OF THE LORD IN PRAYER.

Is not it rather foolish to trust my own judgments when I have the advantage of being able to go to God for advice?

__________

Lord, help us to pay attention to warnings of Your Word. May we seek Thee that You are helping us to take all our decisions.
Amen.

Bad Alliances - Glorious Victory

the LORD said to Joshua, Behold, I have delivered Jericho into your hands ... (Joshua 6:2)

If you want victory over the strongholds of the old nature, consider the conquest of the country by Israel. The principles of victory there are precisely described. First, notice that God spoke to Joshua the past. "I did it. It's over." Similarly, your victory is a finished work of Jesus Christ. The Lord has given you victory on your fleshly life - everything you need to do is to believe.

The second principle is to follow God's plan for victory even when we do not understand. God's plan for conquering Jericho was the least we can say, interesting ... When Joshua met his generals to explain strategy battle that was to march around the city, they probably began to have doubts about their duty of loyalty to this guy.

GOD'S PLAN FOR YOUR SITUATION MAY SEEM STRANGE. AND IT MAY EVEN BE THAT YOU RELUCTANT TO TRY. OBEY THAT GOD PUT YOUR HEART.

The third principle is that the people had a loud cry of victory - although the walls are still standing. This is an expression of faith and anticipation.

We can trust the word of God. He promises that He will work. The rent for these promises of victory. God does not want you to continue in defeat, remaining dominated by your flesh and your strongholds of carnal life. Give Him your life and trust him. It will collapse the walls.

__________

Father, we thank you for the glorious victory we can experience the power of Jesus Christ. Thank you for liberating us of our past sins.
Amen.

February 9 - God is For Us

Joshua ... looked and looked, behold a man stood in front of him, his naked sword in hand. Joshua went to him and said: "Are you for us or for our enemies?" He said: No, but I am the chief of the army of the Lord, I come now. Joshua fell on his face against the ground in homage ... (Joshua 5:13-14)

The burden is heavy and frightening Joshua. God has entrusted to lead the people. Then he stands on the hills to observe Jericho below - and it probably develops a strategy to attack the walls - he sees a man with a drawn sword in his hand. Joshua asked him "Are you for us or for our enemies?"

When he learns that the man comes from God, Joshua prostrated himself to worship. By this action, we can conclude that the commander is none other than Jesus Christ. An angel would not be accepted and loved.

It took me a while before I realized that God was for me rather than my opponents. I believed that God was waiting for me to make a mistake in order to punish me. I thought he was going punishment because I was not always what I should be.

WHEN YOU MAKE A REAL ENCOUNTER WITH GOD, YOU TAKE IT OUT WITH THE AWARENESS THAT GOD IS FOR YOU.

As Paul said, "If God be for us, who can be against us?" (Romans 8:31). With God on our side, how could we lose?

__________

Father, we thank You make sure you're on our side. Lord, in Thy name, we'll deal with our problems. In Your name we will claim the territory as you promised us.
Amen.

UFOs and the Raelian movement.

This site is open to dialogue but no concession to the bigotry against the spiritual quest, it is indeed possible that the free action of the mind. In contrast

should not close his mind to what bothers should even try to understand what we disagree. For this reason I think the Raelian mouvemnt asks questions that sometimes are not without interest. The response of Mr. Vorilhon aka Rael, the mystery of UFOs is part of the record, even if this response is biased, incomplete or false. According to Rael

science will replace religion, or precisely what did he do? Otherwise start a new religion he proclaimed himself the prophet, and for which he seeks the creation of a shrine, a sort of Lourdes, creating an "embassy" for Extra-Terrestrial. Furthermore he claims to be Buddha West, the famous Buddhist Maitreya expected by it seems. Not bad for someone who slays the religions!

He wants consistent with scientific research, but it does the manner of 19th century scientist, which is pretty lame. In short, there is the best and worst in the Raelian movement. The worst being the pseudo religion that is, the best being the reflection of God / the gods, (the famous Elohim of the Bible) and the idea that the world was created neither by chance nor by supernatural God. Science can indeed do without the assumption of a supernatural God, that is unnatural; Buddhism also This event happens (hence its recovery by Rael), which is probably wise because our monotheistic idea of God it may be a semantic illusion almost idolatrous.

remains that religion (which binds man to Being) requires the word God / the gods. This is so true that the Gospel of St. John begins with "In the beginning was the Word" (Word, Name). Rael is right in saying that God does not exist, but it is wrong not to correct his mistake Basic by completing "God does not exist, it IS." In this sentence lies the difference between all religions and mystical quest of the inner soul human. For religions the term God / the gods is the founder of the speech, but this is not the case that spirituality is beyond words and dogmas.

Conclusion: Rael makes us reflect on a fundamental phenomenon as old as mankind, and on the basis of religion. But he himself founded a religion that tells us nothing more than what we already knew.

siphonophores are the strongest!

Creationists and evolutionists are probably agree on one thing: nature in its beauty reveals who knows the observe a certain logic, a remarkable organization. Some see God's work, on the other the result of a set of mechanisms grouped under the concept of evolution.

Still God is rather easy as the solution ... If God explains everything, it explains nothing not more ... "it snow thanks to God," the president is sent by God "... In God we trust ... too! I recently heard an interview with Michel Onfray, the philosopher who says that religion is a "mental disorder": Tasty!
But for the average philistine who observes a siphonophore, y 'it enough to ask questions. Faced with an organization as full and yet so simple! See these remarkable creatures closer ...

Presentation.
Physalia physalis
The siphonophores are cnidarians such as Hydra, jellyfish, sea anemones or corals. They are among the Hydrozoa (hydras group). These are marine organisms related to zooplankton although it can reach large sizes (up to 40m long). Like all cnidarians
the siphonophores grow from a larva called planula. The anterior part of the larva will give a nodule in the form of a jellyfish pneumatophore, while the base will grow and provide a first filament fishermen. Between these two zones will develop swimming bells and other filaments fishermen.
Ultimately each colony consists of a part that allows nectosome displacement and waterline and a siphonosome composed of identical units to each other and including each time a filament fisherman's cormidies.

Casting

Who does what in a siphonophore? Take the example of the kind Halistemma: a siphonophore where each unit is individually and arranged on a linear axis stolon.
- The nectosome (from the Greek "nekton" swimming) is like the engine of siphonophore, it includes:
  • The pneumatophore: This small vesicle will form a pocket filled with gas (composed of argon, nitrogen and oxygen) will floatation.
  • The swimming bells: in the manner of small jellyfish this will allow the propulsion of siphonophore by contracting to expel the water at the center of the bell.
- The cormidies comprising the siphonosome include every time :
  • A bract: it is a flat element that protects the rest of the cormidie
  • dactylozoïde or cystozoïde A: Who has a role in excretion of waste
  • gonozoïdes One or more males and females produce reproductive cells necessary the formation of new larvae
  • gastrozoïte A: comprising a cavity and a filament gastrovascular fisherman who will bring the prey into the cavity of gastrozoïte.
  • Sometimes other items: dactylozoïde, cystozoïde ...

A well-armed warship!
siphonophore The kind of the best known is probably Physalia physalis (see above), whose name comes from the Greek "phusalis" means galley and Portuguese, is also the common name this species. This name probably comes from martial over the pace of pneumatophore in boat hull, as the presence of filaments fishermen equipped with stinging cells: the cnidocytes. These cells
characteristics gave their name to the group of cnidarians. These are real lassos / spears wrapped in a blister under pressure: the nematocyst . A cnidocil the top of the cell can trigger the release mechanism of filament wound in the nematocyst stinging.
The prey in addition to suffering the effects of the stinging toxin contained in the nematocyst may, if its size allows it, find themselves trapped, wrapped by the filament. The target is then returned to the mouth or entrance of gastrozoïte. This formidable weapon emerged early in the history of life may prove fatal even for large organizations such as Human Rights (see eg jellyfish Chironex fleckeri )!
was therefore among siphonophores a sort of "angling" giant mass to capture small prey throughout the area covered by the filaments fishermen. This efficiency is often enhanced by bioluminescence and Tenille "lures" that mimic copepods (planktonic crustacean) whose purpose is to attract fish.
[Left: View of swimming bells of siphonophore. Right: Examples of tentilles (small tentacles) mimic bioluminescent marine copepod. in a kind of siphonophore Erena (Haddock, Science - 2005)]

Super-organism ... yes and no!
Each siphonophore is will be understood, consists of a specialized unit and assembled into a single structure. Each of these units can be compared with a polyp (a cnidarian fixed) or a jellyfish (eg swimming bells). It has several highly specialized units in various functions. In this sense a siphonophore is a colonial cnidarian, ie composed of individuals with the same genotype puisqu'issus of the larva and attached to each other. We're talking super-organism because each individual contributes to the survival of the entire structure.
But what about the human body for example? Isolate as a self gastrozoïte do not necessarily make more sense than isolating self as a body involved in proper functioning of the human body.

is why the term super-organism can not in my opinion apply only to social species which individuals are distinct, because physically separated, and participating in the functioning of society which is considered the super-organism. This is the case of bees who are dedicated to the hive, for example. The problem is actually to solve the question of individuality ... The philosophy is she everywhere?
