the LORD said to Joshua, Behold, I have delivered Jericho into your hands ... (Joshua 6:2)
If you want victory over the strongholds of the old nature, consider the conquest of the country by Israel. The principles of victory there are precisely described. First, notice that God spoke to Joshua the past. "I did it. It's over." Similarly, your victory is a finished work of Jesus Christ. The Lord has given you victory on your fleshly life - everything you need to do is to believe.
